Shopping:  There are two major grocery stores and many restaurants within a 5-minute drive.The quaint Englewood shopping district with its unique artwork, clothing and home furnishings is also just 15 minutes away. The nearest mall is in Port Charlotte (25-30 minutes), featuring Macys and other fine department stores.

Fishing:  A fishermans paradise! There are numerous marinas, bait shops and fishing charters in the immediate area.(Just ask Kurt, he will be happy to give fishing advice...)

The above rates include utilities, taxes plus a standard cleaning fee.  We are required by law to charge 7% state condominium rental tax plus 5% Charlotte County tourist tax.  A minimum of one month's rental fee is required during the popular months of January, February and March.  However, shorter stays may be considered at other times if available.

Please note that our monthly rate is less expensive than two weeks at most hotels......and with much more space, privacy and comfort.
